Cathy back to winning ways
Cathy’s Mark won very impressively at just her second start in September 2014. Twelve months and nine starts later, it was somewhat surprising to see just the sole victory next to her name. But that all changed at Ballarat on Thursday afternoon, when she knuckled down for a solid win in today’s Fillies and Mares Benchmark 78 at Ballarat (1600m).

Early Spring springs new arrivals
This time each year is always a fun time for trainers, owners and staff. We start to see more of our young new-season two-year-olds as they progress through their stable orientation programs. Our new-season three-year-olds are preparing for their upcoming races, many for the first time. And our proven older gallopers are getting fit and ready to put their stake in for Spring riches.
