It is important to ensure clear agreement between co-owners regarding the management of decisions that are often required when racing a horse together. For that reason we have created a Co-Owners Agreement that govern the ownership of any horse purchased and syndicated by Blackiston Racing.
We essentially use the standard Racing Australia co-owners agreement, with the addition of disclosing the race colours the horse will race in and clarifying how trophies (if won) are handled.
